Wage defined as the complete amount to be given for an employee for each month.It includes basic salary with other additional amounts like over-time payment.In SAP system we need to enter and maintain these wages. There are basically two types of wages present in SAP Hr system.
1) Primary Wage Types
- Dialog Wage Types ( Entering with master data like basic pay and other fixed things )
- Time Wage Types ( created by the system using time information or online input. For example overtime bonus)
2) Secondary Wage Types ( its technical wage types that created at the time of payroll running )
